19th Street Santa Monica Makes Another News Appearance!

Our stunning Santa Monica gem yet again makes hits in the news. Digs published an article featuring our lovely 19th Street home design as we hand-selected the different materials for this project, such as book-matched marble, solid hardware, textured walls, and sparkling light fixtures, in order to amplify the beauty of the space. We also have given attention to the floorplan, using features such as Fleetwood doors, a courtyard atrium and a central staircase to bring in natural light and to highlight the flexibility of the space. Post-pandemic, remote work has dominated industries all over which we took into consideration when designing this home.

The home includes two distinct areas that can serve as home office spaces. The first one is located near the main entrance of the home and has French door windows that look out on the street, which allows for easy monitoring of daily deliveries. The walls of this office area are made of wood and are described as "beautifully detailed," which not only adds aesthetic appeal but also provides soundproofing, which can be useful for maintaining focus and concentration when working from home.
